I also noticed maintenance issues, a broken toilet flush and shower head holder, along with a noisy fridge. The layout of certain rooms is tricky, with close proximity to the front door leading to disturbances from guests coming and going at all hours.

Everything was excellent during 1 day, liked its good and absolutely perfect location short walk to a supermarket, bus connections for day trips and a nice restaurant. That was what I call suitable place for longer stay.

The staff was kind of rude.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to a tube station and easy to find. I had some drinks at O Sinal, positioned 400 metres away. The breakfast was well priced with lots of food and carbonated drinks.

The location was perfect. Just steps away from the metro and around the corner from a supermarket. The shared kitchen was a good bonus, but what impressed me the most was the really good staff, they were cute and were great too ensure my stay was nice!

I stayed in the Single Room with Private Bathroom for 3 nights. The comfy bed was a big plus, and I loved the kettle and fridge in the room! The bright and cheerful decor. Plus, the shared kitchen was super handy for quick meals. Only downside? A bit noisy sometimes from other guests coming in and out. But honestly, I'd totally go back!

It was a bit challenging to find the entrance initially, and a little more signage would have been beneficial.

Rooms can be a bit small but very clean, very good A/C, and a nice balcony!

The room was sparkly clean and bright with a balcony when upgraded. It was very handy to have tea and coffee making equipment, fridges, and glassware. - the hotel's location was stunning, really close to many tourist spots and many other attractions.
